De Pinte ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Ostflandern mit 10.281 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Januar 2011). Sie liegt zwischen der Schelde und der Leie, etwa zwischen 7,5 und 10 m über NN, wobei das Scheldetal den niedrigsten Punkt markiert.

Subject matter: No restriction on subject matter - No categories - Recent productions
Number of works: Maximum 2 per author(s)
Duration: Maximum 12 minutes per sequence.
Closing date for entries: 15th April 2013
Jury: 20 April 2013
Notification: 24 April 2013
Technical requirements: Only exe files admitted. AV Programs accepted: PTE, m.objects, DGFectsAV, Wings Platinum. Sequences shall be auto starting (no run box) and at the end after 2 seconds return to the desktop. Sequences shall not have an expiry date incorporated.
Image resolution: Horizontally 1920 px (recommended).
Festival projector: Canon XEED WUX10 1920 x 1200 px (16:10).
Image ratio: 16:10, 16:9 of 3:2, (4:3)
Sound: mp3 (128, 192, 320 kbps). Recommended level: -6 dB.
Participation:
The competition is open to everyone (including foreign participation)
Fee: €6 per sequence.

No checks are allowed in Belgium.

Copyright music and texts: participation implies that the author complies with the existing rules in his country.
Jury: Stef Van Haute (Brafodia), Pascal Meerpoel (Focus Geraardsbergen), Leo Van Steenbergen (Fotoclub De Spiegel De Pinte), all being experienced AV workers. Languages: Dutch, English, German and French.
If the running time off the entries exceeds the available projection time for the festival, the festival committee and at least one member of the festival jury shall make a preselection.
Prizes: Trophy Liliane Dorikens, m.Objects prize (update voucher), Canon (Printer scanner), Medals from CvB, en BFF/FBP, special prize for video inclusion. DCB Certificate for all accepted works.
